Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Refunds
We only offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The item you received is not what you ordered, or
- The item has a manufacturing defect or fault
If your order meets either of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with clear photos and your order details. Once approved, we will process your refund.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Any reason outside of the conditions listed above
Returns & Exchanges
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we offer returns for a replacement (exchange only, no refund).
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above
- All items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
